Springs broke off

We had this trampoline for less than a month and 2 springs have already popped off. There is no place to contact this company for a replacement part so hoping leaving a review here will get someone to contact me.

We are missing a steel T Connector and due to that have not been able to assemble the trampoline.

Missing a part and now we can’t use the trampoline without finding a replacement part. No easy way to reach out to customer service. Hoping they reach out here.
